• No added sugar . In order to create a product with a low glycemic index and lower calories it was important to avoid sugar. The product contains maltitol, stevia, and this allows us to reach the most natural sweetness.
• Protein . Adding protein up to a total content of 20% gives the best ratio between taste and functionality.
• Cocoa . We use 2 types of cocoa because each of them has different characteristics. One gives aroma and taste, the other density and color.
• Fibers . On top of that, Creamella also has a high prebiotic fiber content.
• Without palm oil .
